The eLearning Baltics is organised by the Network eLearning Baltics, a partnership of organisations from research, industry education and consulting.
The Network is acting under the umbrella of the regional association of the IT branch IT-Initiative Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Official organiser of the eLBa 2010 is the IT-Initiative Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
The Network is funded by the Ministry of Economics, Labour and Tourism Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and the European Social Fund.
The network management is the hands of the Landesinitiative Neue Kommunikationswege Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (LiNK) e.V.
